Role: Estimating / Contract Bid Manager Location: Ballymena Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Pay: ££££ DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimating / Contract Bid Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, specialising in civil infrastructure, agriculture and building across the UK and Ireland. The Role: Be responsible for managing and overseeing competitive bids in Civils, contribute to bid strategy development, manage client expectations, and drive the focus on winning new contracts. The Requirements: 5+ years of management experience, leading Sales Teams and Bid Management. Strong sales and estimating experience in the Civil Engineering / Construction. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience. Ability to read drawings and bar schedules. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Proven leadership and team management experience.
