Dove Adolescent Services are looking for Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, covering shifts as needed. This role offers flexibility to work the hours you can commit to with no contractual obligation. You will help provide flexible, individual residential care packages for children and young people, aiming to transform lives through passion, innovation, and dedication.

Your day might include outdoor activities like walking or biking the Pennine trails, watching the latest films, or visiting theme parks—depending on our young people's interests.

Main duties and requirements:
* Promoting, safeguarding, and protecting the welfare of our young people
* Establishing and maintaining positive, trusting relationships
* Encouraging development of individual interests
* Willingness to learn; full training provided for an Apprenticeship Level diploma
Requirements from you:
* Experience supporting vulnerable young people is desirable but not essential
* Understanding and commitment to the role, including some weekends and bank holidays
* Ability to undertake sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota
* Participate in activities and create a homely environment for young people
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
* Motivation to engage and encourage young people
