Location: South West Midlands (multi‑site) Hours: Full‑time, Thursday to Monday (weekend work essential) Salary: £27,000 basic + commission bonus scheme + mileage allowance
About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to provide sales cover across developments in the South West Midlands. This is a multi‑site role suited to someone confident, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
You will represent the business across several developments, delivering an exceptional customer journey while supporting sales performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional sales cover across multiple new homes developments
* Managing enquiries, viewings, reservations, and progression through to completion
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and completing all administration
* Presenting sales offices and show homes to a high standard
* Communicating professionally across phone, email, and face‑to‑face channels
* Working collaboratively with site teams and regional management
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in New Homes Sales (essential)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication and customer‑service approach
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to handle complaints and challenging situations professionally
* Highly organised with strong administration skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
* Flexible with duties, locations, and working hours
* Willing to travel to all sites within the South West Midlands region
* Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
