Senior/Lead UI Designer (Mobile) – up to £90,000 (DOE) Beautiful, purposeful, mobile-first design We’re working with a long-established global tech company looking for a Senior UI Designer with strong visual craft and clear design reasoning — not just pretty pixels, but problem-solving through UI. What you’ll do ✨ Lead high-fidelity UI design across mobile multi-platform Create polished visuals, icons, illustrations pixel-perfect assets Contribute to and evolve a large Design System Work closely with product, UX engineering in an agile team Deliver flows, mock-ups, prototypes & motion explorations ♿ Design with accessibility consistency at the core What they’re looking for 6 years’ UI experience (web, mobile, desktop) Strong recent native mobile work Portfolio showing craft and problem-solving ️ Comfortable with design systems component libraries Clear communicator who can explain design decisions ✨ Bonus: motion, enterprise, or agency experience Interview Process 1️⃣ Portfolio review 2️⃣ Take-home task → in-person presentation 3️⃣ Final culture chat Central London – 3 days/week onsite Report to Lead UI Designer Salary: up to £90,000 (DOE) We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
