Nigel Wright is working with a global organisation that’s looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales Support Manager to lead a customer service focused team. This is a pivotal role within the Sales Operations function, offering the opportunity to shape processes, enhance dealer relationships, and contribute to strategic growth.

About the role:
The Sales Support Manager will coordinate and guide a team dedicated towards improving sales and dealer relations, you will be responsible for:
 1. Leading and developing a team of 6 Customer Service Advisors, you will coordinate and manage the team's tasks which will include processing orders, maintaining dealer databases and dealing with dealer enquiries.
 2. Managing dealer relationships, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
 3. Overseeing daily operations including order processing, CRM case management, and ERP data accuracy.
