Graysons Restaurants are on the lookout for cheerful, energetic temporary Catering Supervisor to help us sprinkle a little extra magic at Wakehurst's Glow Wild Christmas light trail – one of the most enchanting festive experiences in the UK
When: 26th November 2025 – 4th January 2026
(Closed: 1st & 2nd, 8th & 9th, 25th & 26th December)
Hours: 4:00pm – 10:00pm daily
Part-time and full-time shifts available – perfect for students, seasonal workers, or anyone who loves Christmas cheer
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team; in this role you will be asked to perform a variety of managerial functions. This starts with providing our customers with consistently high-quality dining experience. To do this, you will need to motivate our staff and demonstrate superior customer serve skills.
As Supervisor, you will also help our team to meet its standards for quality. This will involve ensuring that all food health and safety requirements are met.
You'll be serving up delicious festive treats – think hot chocolate, mulled wine, mince pies, and more – to thousands of excited visitors as they enjoy the dazzling light trail. It's fast-paced, fun, and full of sparkle
We're looking for people who:
* Over 18's as alcohol will be served
* Excellent customer service skills.
· Barista experience
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience in leadership in a fast-paced food business essential.
* Bring energy, warmth, and a smile to every shift
* Love working in a lively, team-focused environment
* Can handle the cold with festive spirit (don't worry, we'll keep you cosy)
* Are reliable, punctual, and ready to spread Christmas cheer
