About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce car parts business with an expanding presence across Europe and a newly opened location in Germany. Our team is passionate about delivering quality products and exceptional service. We are now looking for a versatile Business Assistant with a bookkeeping background to join our London office and support the company's daily operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative and operational support to management
* Assist with office organisation, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
* Handle bookkeeping tasks, including:
*
o Recording financial transactions
*
o Processing invoices and payments
*
o Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and partners
* Support HR and recruitment activities (onboarding, contracts, staff documentation)
* Assist with stock management and order processing when needed
* Prepare reports and presentations for management
* Handle ad-hoc projects and problem-solving tasks to support business growth

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a business assistant, office manager, or similar role
* Solid bookkeeping/accounting background (experience with Xero/QuickBooks or similar is an advantage)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal in English)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently and adapt to varied responsibilities
* Must be based in London and able to work on-site in our Brentford office
