We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Kelvedon. In this vital role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our residential care home by providing essential administrative support, ensuring that our staff can focus on delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and answering inquiries
* Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently to ensure clear communication
* Assist with office management tasks, including correspondence
* Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
* Support administrative functions such as bookkeeping and calendar management
* Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various office tasks
* Ensure a welcoming environment through professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in a residential care or healthcare setting is advantageous
