We’re looking for a Tenancy Management Coordinator to support our Housing Team in delivering an outstanding service to customers and creating communities people are proud to live in. This is a full time role, working from our Riduna Park, Melton office Monday-Friday, 37 hrs per week. What you will be doing: Provide administrative support to the Housing Team. Triage tenant queries, understanding their needs and circumstances. Make decisions and give advice to tenants where possible, reducing demand on Housing Officers. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team with detailed information for quick resolution. Respond to tenants professionally and promptly, showing empathy in all communication. Keep accurate records of conversations and actions taken. Proactively develop knowledge of housing management and compliance with legislation and Flagship policies. Support your manager in delivering our vision: Housing Made Simple. Our Ideal candidate will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deliver complex messages in a clear, engaging way. Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage changing priorities. Analytical skills to draw out relevant facts and make informed decisions. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or qualified by experience in a similar role.
