Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
* Provide person-centred care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, respecting residents' preferences and promoting independence
* Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure plans meet residents' needs
* Administer medication safely, supportively, and in compliance with regulations
* Lead and participate in social activities, trips, and engagements within the home
* Support new staff through shadowing and development; may lead the home in the absence of senior managers
