Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a confident and committed Year 5/6 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Doncaster, with an immediate start available.
The Role
* Full class teacher responsibilities within an Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5/6) classroom
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Preparing pupils for end-of-year assessments and SATs (where applicable)
* Monitoring, assessing and tracking pupil progress
* Creating a positive, well-managed and inclusive classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Has experience teaching within KS2 (Upper KS2 experience desirable)
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management and subject knowledge
* Is committed to raising attainment and preparing pupils for transition to secondary school
* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
