Senior HR Business Partner
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £85,000–£95,000 plus benefits
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our professional services client. This is a newly created role due to growht as the firm expands into new markets. This role reports to the Human Resources Director and works closely with the HR Business Partnering team, Centres of Expertise, and wider HR function to deliver impactful people strategies and processes across fee-earning departments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver HR and talent strategies aligned to business plans
• Advising on organisational design and structural optimisation
• Managing complex employee relations issues and providing proactive solutions
• Driving talent management, career development, and inclusion initiatives
• Supporting reward processes and collaborating on recruitment strategies
• Using data insights to inform decisions and enhance employee experience
• Promoting wellbeing and embedding diversity and inclusion across the business
About you:
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, within professional services
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven experience in employee relations, change management, and project delivery
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
