MRI Radiographer
Pinehill Hospital - Hitchin
Full Time hours
Pinehill Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Radiographer with substantial experience in MRI and the flexibility to work across CT and X-ray modalities. The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, adaptability, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. You will join a dynamic imaging team delivering high-quality diagnostic services while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality MRI scans in line with clinical protocols.
* Support CT and X-ray imaging services, with training provided if required.
* Ensure patient dignity, safety, and comfort at all times.
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold best practices in imaging.
Key Attributes
* Proven experience in MRI scanning.
* Competency or willingness to train in CT and X-ray.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What you'll bring with you
* Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography
* HCPC registered
* MRI Experience post qualification.
* COR IV cannulation certificate desirable
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
* Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
