About the Role:
Teaching Personnel are working with primary school's in Cambridge seeking Level 3 TA's to join us ASAP.
You’ll play a key role in:
* Supporting learning in line with the Early Years Framework
* Planning and preparing engaging activities alongside the class teacher
* Encouraging children’s development through play and exploration
* Supporting pupils’ personal, social, and emotional growth
* Providing pastoral care and assisting with personal care duties
* Working collaboratively with staff to create a safe and stimulating environment

What You Need:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching & Learning
* Experience in an Early Years setting
* A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach to learning and care
* Willingness to provide personal care when needed
