Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 – 17:30 ( hours per week)
Key responsibilities:
* Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
* Handling inbound calls to maintain & add value to our current client base.
* Promoting the full range of products & services available on every call.
* Delivering world class service.
* Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.
