* Salary: £37,000-£42,000 per year inclusive of tronc, paid monthly.
* Full-time role, 5 days a week, with Monday-Sunday availability required.

We believe in contributing positively to the world, caring for our guests and team alike. We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager/Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Birmingham Cafe, which honours India’s non-cooperation movement of the 1920s, with Bombay’s Swadeshi Market as its backdrop.
Our managers are crucial to our success. Dishoom handles circa 5,000 covers weekly, with demanding shifts and high standards of service. During busy evenings, support from other managers and 20-30 Dishoomwalles ensures smooth operations. You will be empowered to do the right thing when no one is looking, always aiming for our hallmark unreasonable hospitality through Seva.
