Site Assistant. Luckyn Lane, Stephenson Road and Basildon Town Centre Campuses, 39 hours per week 52 weeks per year Based within the Estates team, the Site Assistant's role is to ensure a safe, secure and pleasant environment in the College's centres. With a significant level of contact with students, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven ability to communicate with people at all levels and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will also undertake porter duties, which will involve a large amount of manual handling. There will be an element of basic security tasks and general fabric maintenance duties. Previous experience in a similar or relevant role would be beneficial. Driving licence is essential for this role due to movement between sites.
