The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected building consultancy based in Tewkesbury, working on high-end residential projects across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
This role offers the chance to work closely with private clients on bespoke, design-led schemes where quality, detail and client service are paramount. You'll be part of a collaborative consultancy environment delivering cost management and commercial advice across prestigious residential developments.
The business is an established, award-winning Chartered Quantity Surveying practice specialising in cost management and protecting client interests throughout construction projects.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
Preparing cost plans, budgets and feasibility reports.
Managing tender processes and procurement.
Administering contracts and managing variations.
Producing valuations and cost reports.
Managing final accounts and project close-out.
Liaising directly with private clients, architects and consultants.
Supporting delivery of high-quality residential schemes.
About You
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or high-end residential.
Strong understanding of construction costs and procurement.
Client-facing experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Professional, organised and motivated.
MRICS or working toward chartership desirable.
