Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
* Assist with cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities
* Vacuum corridors and stairways
* Change and replenish towels and amenities
* Perform deep cleaning tasks and restock supplies
* Report and ensure replacement of missing or damaged items
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness and environmental awareness
* Manage guest requests efficiently
* Follow safety, security, and waste disposal procedures
* Assist other departments as needed
