Operational Analysis Lead

Experience in the following is a must
* Delivering operational analysis, assurance, decision support, or modelling in a professional context.
* Worked in the defense space
* Writing analytical documentation or business cases.
* Developing new tools, methods, or techniques.
* Providing technical guidance and reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Leading teams in a consultancy or project-based environment.
* Managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Contributing to or leading technical proposals or bids.
