Your responsibilities will include: Leading the planning application process on major projects in the residential, commercial or industrial sectors. Assisting Associate Directors and Directors on a diverse range of major projects. Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals. Preparing planning applications and documents. Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives. What We're Looking For: A Senior, Principal or Associate Town Planning Consultant At least 5 years experience within a town planning role MRTPI or working towards RTPI APC Excellent research and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience leading the planning application process of major projects in London and / or South.
