My client in Southampton are looking to appoint a talented HR Advisor on a Contract basis. This role will provide a comprehensive employee relations advisory service, supporting managers across the organisation with a wide range of people-related matters. The postholder will manage employee relations casework from inception through to conclusion, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies and HR best practice. What's on offer: Salary: £20-£24 an hour *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Southampton (Hybrid): Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters from initial referral through to resolution Handle cases relating to Disciplinary matters, Grievances, Sickness absence and other employee relations matters Support managers in applying policies and procedures consistently and fairly Promote best practice in employee management and workforce relations About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Proven experience managing employee relations casework Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, absence management, flexible working and performance-related cases Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
