Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled freelance Chef de Partie (CDP) to support a friendly and professional kitchen team at a local golf club.
Hours:
* Sporadic shifts available throughout the year
* Typical hours: 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
* Flexibility is key – shifts are offered as and when required, often to support events, busy periods, or cover holidays
The Role:
* Working alongside and supporting the Head Chef
* Preparing fresh, quality food for members and events
* Maintaining high kitchen standards and hygiene
* Jumping into service and prep as needed in a small, collaborative team
Requirements:
* Experience at CDP level in a hospitality or golf club environment
* Strong work ethic and the ability to step into a busy kitchen with confidence
* Up-to-date Food Hygiene & Allergy Awareness certificates (Level 2 or higher)
* Own whites, knives, and transport (desirable)
