We're expanding our clinical team and looking for an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) who is committed, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference.
About the Role
In this fully remote position, you'll deliver structured, time‐limited CBT interventions to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. You'll work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative, ethically driven clinical team.
Your clinical expertise, reflective practice, and dedication to high‐quality care will be at the heart of everything you do.
What You'll Do
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
* Deliver individualised, evidence‐based CBT treatment plans
* Provide remote, time‐limited therapy sessions
* Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow best‐practice data protocols
* Participate in clinical supervision and CPD
* Contribute to wider clinical communications and quality assurance
What We're Looking For
* Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
* BABCP accreditation (or working towards it)
* Minimum of five years' post‐qualification experience
* Background in mental health nursing — highly preferred
* EMDR experience — highly desirable
* Strong understanding of UK ethical and legal frameworks
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
* Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing development
