Working closely with the Race Team and Production Department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality aero assemblies and composite components. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aero plumbing installations, ensuring precision routing, secure fitment, and optimal functionality of pressure tapping systems across all components. Perform detailed quality sign-off of PT sensors and associated hardware, verifying accuracy, reliability, and compliance with engineering specifications. Report any aero composite assembly or manufacturing faults clearly and promptly to the relevant Reliability Engineer, ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution. Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment at all times. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven hands-on experience in aero installation within Formula 1 or top-level motorsport, with a strong understanding of high-performance racing environments. Recent and demonstrable experience installing and validating F1 aero sensors. Experience in aero model making or prototype development would be advantageous. Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from detailed CAD drawings and engineering specifications with a high level of accuracy. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Calm and confident approach when working under pressure, maintaining focus and precision in time-critical situations. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across multiple departments. Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive continuous improvement. Flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in a demanding and rapidly changing motorsport environment. Results-driven attitude with confidence in decision-making and problem-solving. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach, contributing to a high-performance culture. Clear understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety standards within a workshop and trackside environment. Benefits Investing in your career is paramount.
