Responsibilities
* Serve drinks and food items to guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
* Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
Skills
* Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
