Golf Club Repair Technician Reports toManager Location Lisburn, Carryduff Hours/week 40 hours The Role Working as part of a team, the post holder will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, customising and maintaining golf clubs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical knowledge, customer service, and a passion for golf. Main responsibilities Inspect and assess golf clubs for damage or wear Recondition clubs; repair or replace shafts, grips, and clubheads Adjust loft, lie, and swing weight Re-grip and cut shafts to exact specifications Maintain tools and workshop equipment Assist customers with repair advice and customisation Keep up to date with new golf technologies and products Deliver excellent customer service SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Assessment Criteria: GCSE C grade or above, in Maths and English (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of golf equipment and club technology Engineering / Mechanical and hands-on skills Knowledge of golf equipment Attention to detail Customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and organisational / time management skills. Able to work flexible hours to ensure business needs are met. Excellent attendance / timekeeping. Desirable Assessment Criteria: Knowledge of golf Hands-on experience in club fitting or club building is highly desirable Experience of working in a busy work environment.
