Duties
* Deliver exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service
* Manage service and repair bookings accurately and efficiently
* Maintain detailed customer and vehicle records within the dealer management system
* Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth operations
* Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
* Promote and sell optional aftersales products and services
* Drive customer retention and increase departmental sales performance
* Complete all relevant administration, invoicing, and warranty documentation
* Uphold high standards of professionalism and dealership representation
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Service Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidential, professional, and confident approach to customer management
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Organised, with strong attention to detail
* Positive attitude and team-player mentality
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
