Job Description
* A variety of duties involving surveying and professional services to the Public, Private, and Nuclear Sectors
* Assisting senior team members with designs, surveys, and feasibility studies
* Technical specific works including contract administration, Dilapidations, Party wall, and fire risk assessments
* Building pathology assessments
* DDA audits
* Measured surveys
* Producing reports and drawings
* Scheduling and informing maintenance work and support contract procurement and project management
* Working with colleagues who are experts in their field, discovering how to develop cutting edge solutions, maximise technical quality and efficiency, achieve project revenue targets, and use specialist software
* Client and Stakeholder liaison
Qualifications / Skills
* A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant technical discipline (Building Surveying/Construction)
* AutoCAD knowledge/experience
* MS Office skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good team worker
* Proactive approach to establishing new skills and learning progressing to Chartership status
* Self‑motivated
* Suitability for security clearance to work with priority Defence and nuclear sectors
* Full, clean UK driving license, eligible to drive and access to a vehicle
