Officers’ Mess SNCO Ensure that the current Contract is fulfilled. Be the Building Manager for building for the Officers’ Mess and associated accommodation. Supervise security and report defects. Maintain Mess Property Books and PLR. Arrange, supervise, and cost functions. Be MC for formal functions. Allocate accommodation and raise charges. Responsible for all Mess accountancy. Stock take cellar and bar stock monthly, maintain computer records to allow correct profit margin. Liaise closely with Contract Manager and Supervise subordinates. Accountable to PMC through Mess Sec.
