We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Framework Sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in sales, with clear progression into a full Account Manager role. You’ll work with a mix of existing and new customers, building relationships, generating opportunities, and delivering real commercial impact.
The Role
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing our customer base, working as part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Your focus will be threefold:
* Growing relationships with smaller, existing customers
* Supporting targeted sales campaigns alongside Account Managers
* Generating and winning your own new business opportunities
You’ll take a consultative, customer-focused approach, ensuring every interaction delivers value and builds long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business opportunities through campaigns and proactive outreach
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, identifying upsell opportunities
* Support Account Managers to generate leads, appointments, and sales opportunities
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and activity-based KPIs
* Generate and qualify your own leads and close sales opportunitiesUse CRM systems to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate forecasts
* Process orders accurately and manage customer requirements effectively
* Engage customers through LinkedIn and digital channels to build your network
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to maximise sales success and customer experience

About You
You’ll be a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in an account management or telesales role, ideally within IT or technology
* A proven track record in a KPI-driven sales environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makers
* Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
