Automotive Project Manager - 36121872 - £33.88 per hour umbrella rate

What You Will Do
* Oversee the alignment of the Demand Process, Enterprise Roadmap, and Technology Delivery Framework to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Lead the 90-day lookahead process, managing weekly milestone reviews and onboarding of new projects and team members.
* Support the delivery of the Feature and Technology Roadmap, enabling technical leads to present their ambitions effectively.
* Collaborate with Product Strategy and Technical Platforms to ensure alignment and consistency across workstreams.
* Drive engineering transformation activities, identifying gaps between current and future state processes and implementing improvements.
* Engage stakeholders and senior management to gain commitment and ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives.
What You Will Bring
* You need to have an Engineering / Automotive background.
* Proven experience in successfully delivering major programmes or projects.
* Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Operational experience with product engineering tools, techniques, and processes.
* Strong understanding of change management strategies and the ability to guide teams through transformation.
* Business acumen and the ability to address organisational challenges effectively.
