Our client, a Main Contractor, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK, managing commercial and operational delivery on works including highways, utilities, and associated civil packages:
* Manage commercial delivery across multiple projects
* Set and maintain project budgets and monthly forecasts
* Procure subcontract works to meet cost and programme targets
* Prepare and manage subcontract documents
* Administer subcontractor and client accounts, including valuations and payments
* Monitor cost, progress, and programme
* Manage variations and change control
* Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
* Produce financial reports and commercial analysis
* Submit monthly applications for payment
* Support tendering activities
* Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
