The Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join Glenigan—Hubexo’s industry-leading construction intelligence platform. But more than that, you’ll be a trusted partner for our future customers—helping them see the value of Glenigan and why they can’t afford to build without us. What you’ll be doing: Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting decision-makers across the construction industry Deliver dynamic demos of the Glenigan platform—tailored to show real-world impact Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline that supports consistent target achievement Hit (and exceed) quarterly and annual new business sales targets Use Salesforce to keep accurate records and forecast with precision Combine deep product and industry knowledge with strong phone-based relationship building Stay sharp on sales productivity: hitting call volumes, meetings, and quote metrics Collaborate with marketing and wider sales teams to amplify success About You: You’re someone who takes ownership—of your goals, your learning, and your customers. You lead from the front and close with confidence. You bring: 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Confidence speaking with decision-makers at all levels A track record of exceeding targets and driving commercial results Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM Strong organisation, time management, and Microsoft Office skills Bonus points for: Knowledge of the construction industry or working with data-led platforms Experience in a SaaS or short sales cycle environment Why Hubexo: We’re not here to coast—we’re here to challenge, grow, and build better.
