As a SEMH TA, the candidate will play a key role in fostering emotional wellbeing and academic engagement. Responsibilities as an SEMH Teaching Assistant (TA): Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small group basis. Implement strategies that promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and academic achievement. Support teachers in managing classroom dynamics and adapting learning materials.
