Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Earlswood. As part of the Wedding and Events team at The Limes Country Lodge Hotel, the role will involve coordinating and planning weddings, events, and conferences from conception to execution. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, liaising with clientele to understand their specific needs, and ensuring all events meet the highest level of quality and customization. The role also encompasses venue sales, marketing the hotel's offerings, and providing stellar customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

* Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional support to clients and ensure strong relationships.
* Event Planning and Event Marketing experience to manage all logistical aspects and promotion of events effectively.
* Sales expertise to engage with potential clients, secure bookings, and promote venue services.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using event management tools and software is preferred.
* Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
