What We're Looking For:
* A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
* At least 12 months experience in the leisure industry or a customer service role
* Compliance with BS7858 standards, with the ability to provide a 5-year checkable work history
* Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude
* Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and the venue
* Respond effectively to disturbances or incidents, following set procedures
* Conduct security searches when required
* Maintain a smart appearance and a customer-focused approach
* Work confidently under pressure and demonstrate sound decision-making in challenging situations
* Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards
