Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis in Bramhall, Stockport.
Reeson are working closely with an exceptional primary school in Bramhall, who are looking to find an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time, long-term role to start as soon as possible (you will transfer directly onto a contract with the school after a period of time).
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
2. Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
3. Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons.
4. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.
Requirements for the successful teaching assistant:
1. Relevant experience working with children of all ages in an educational setting or similar.
2. A passion for supporting the learning and development of children.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
Working Hours:
The position is based on a temporary to permanent contract with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, providing you with a stable routine and work-life balance.
