As a Project Coordinator you will be -
8. Have a Hands On approach with Strong Work Ethic
9. Coordinate and Schedule Project Meetings
10. Prepare Agendas and attend to take Minutes
11. Liaise with all Departments, Contactors, Stake Holders & Suppliers
12. Have a Pro Active Approach
13. Be a Confident Communicator at all levels both Oral & Written
14. Monitor Timelines and work to strict Deadlines
15. Coordinate Contracts
16. Ability to manage multiple Priorities
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
