The Core Mission
You will act as the bridge between business leadership and engineering teams, optimizing backend ecosystems and enhancing the developer experience. Your goal is to ensure that software services interact seamlessly in a high-scale, global environment.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in Technical Product Management or leading Developer Experience (DevEx) teams.
* Backend Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architecture.
* Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
* Analytical Mindset: You use data to identify system bottlenecks and prioritize long-term system health.
* Location: Remote flexibility, but must be able to travel to Manchester when required.
