Job Title: Senior Digital Project Manager Location: Solihull, UK (Hybrid) Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Contract Length: 3 months About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects within their dynamic Projects and Programmes Department. This role is essential for ensuring the successful delivery of IT work-packages and projects that align with the organisation's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality standards are met within budget and time constraints. Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting on progress. Resource Management: Oversee internal delivery teams and external partners, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and performance is optimal. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is current, accessible, and stored correctly for ongoing operations. Team Leadership: Provide line management to Digital Project Managers and Junior Digital Project Managers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Key Accountabilities: Deliver high-quality IT work-packages/projects while adhering to established governance and compliance standards. Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring all financial documentation is maintained accurately. Facilitate service acceptance planning and ensure readiness for operational handover. Regularly liaise with cross-functional teams to align project delivery with organisational strategies. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in managing digital projects, preferably within IT change initiatives. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Prince2 or APM certification. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with systems integration and development methodologies. Why Join Us?
