Viberoptix, part of the Fibrus Group of companies, deliver specialised fibre network build solutions from design, civils activities, cabling and splicing. Our team of experienced and certified engineers are leaders in their field providing excellence in every aspect of the fibre network construction. We are seeking an Enablement Operations and Insights Lead to join our team. This role is expected to support across both NI and Cumbria. Role Purpose To provide strategic, commercial and administrative support across the Enablement department, by driving operational efficiency, delivering insights via reporting and analysis and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Planning (Commercial), this role supports the Heads of department within the Enablement function to ensure alignment between commercial objectives, stakeholder expectations and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities Reporting and Analysis Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring departmental performance remains on track, providing insight that drives continuous improvement across the team Support the Enablement Heads of department with reporting and analysis Provide detailed analysis and reports for external stakeholders, both internal and external to the Fibrus group Analysis of network and design data that supports wider business needs Commercial Awareness & Support Monitor budget usage, cost efficiency in design and overall commercial risk across programmes. Support finance teams with operational data, allowing for alignment on cost at an OLT level Programme & Administrative support Co-ordinate cross functional programme activities, ensuring timelines, documentation and governance standards are met. Act as CPOC for all enablement programme related queries and updates Process Management & Improvement Map, document and optimise internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction Lead and support on continuous improvement initiatives Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments Skills & Experience Strong background in telecoms operations, programme support and business analysis Proficiency in tools, such as Excel, Power BI, ARC GIS, Project Management tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in process improvement Strong awareness of PIA Commercial acumen and understanding of telecoms business models Significant experience in a similar role Company benefits: Competitive package – details available on request Extensive training and development Excellent Career progression opportunities Experience in a forward thinking and progressive company, with an ambition to develop our people Additional Information: This is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
