RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plans and places orders, monitors supply needs to meet customer demand without increasing back stock
* Ensures all teammates maintain a service-oriented and enthusiastic attitude – holds them accountable
* Works with the Lead, Coach, Captain, and merchandising team to ensure appropriate product mix
* Ensures product quality through rotation, date coding, credits, quality checks, and smart use of back stock
* Delivers clean displays and executes marketing, pricing, and signage plans
