What's the role?
As a Business Development Executive you will join a well established high performing team. Your role will selling their range of sales and leadership apprenticeship programmes to larger corporate companies that pay into the Apprenticeship Levy.
You will be targeting decision makers in the Human Resources, Learning & Development and Apprenticeship teams. This is 100% new business focussed and you will have access to an extensive CRM of contacts to go after. This will be an exciting, challenging and rewarding role where you will be given excellent training and a clearly defined career development path.
What are the company looking for?
This is a new business role, the confidence of an individual to pick up the phone and build relationships with new people will be key. There is no sales experience necessary with a full training programme provided, so a desire to learn & develop is crucial.
It won't be an easy role but the rewards for high performance are huge, if you're target driven and work well under pressure this could be for you.
What is the package offered?
·£26k base salary
·£35k OTE
·Mobile & Laptop
·25 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with length of service)
