As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for: * Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled. * Response to reactive repairs. * Minor building fabric repairs, minor decorating tasks, minor plumbing tasks and general office maintenance. * Maintaining accurate documentation of all assigned work orders and comply fully with health and safety & Environmental policies. * Providing excellent customer service to building occupants. * Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
