We are looking for service-driven waiter/waitress true hospitalitarians who love the rhythm of a bustling dining room and take pride in creating warm, memorable experiences for our guests. This role is for a waiter/waitress who brings energy, focus, and a genuine passion for service to every shift. A love for the St. JOHN philosophy and Fergus Nose to Tail ethos is, naturally, essential.
We are looking for individuals who have:
Previous experience in high-end, fast-paced, high-volume restaurants as waiter/waitress.
A strong passion for good food and great service, with the ability to bring enthusiasm and positivity to the team.
Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and looked after.
An open, friendly personality with the confidence to share the St. JOHN ethos and philosophy with guests.
Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a close, supportive Front of House team.
