Due to exceptional demand, we are looking to increase our team at the resort and are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Team Leader.
As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will supervise the team, work in any food & beverage outlet on the Resort as needed to deliver excellent service to both guests and members while ensuring departmental targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
* Communicate and delegate daily tasks to the team.
* Manage any guest/member complaints in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner.
* Ensure cash handling procedures are followed within the outlets.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous food & beverage experience in a similar working environment.
* Motivated, excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
* Great attention to detail and excellent selling skills.
* Experience: Food & Beverage – 1 year (preferred).
* Reliably commute to Pontyclun CF72 8JY or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
Job Expectations
The role requires flexibility to work between the hours of 6 am-11 pm, 5 days over 7 days.
