Business Development Manager - Majors
Are you a high-performing BDM ready to take on major UK accounts and drive big-ticket growth? We’re expanding our Majors team and are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Business Development Manager to help us win some of the most strategic contracts in our market.
In this role, you’ll:
1. Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline across the UK
2. Prospect major accounts and create high-quality leads
3. Engage and influence senior stakeholders, taking them on a journey toward your solution
4. Manage complex sales cycles (3 months to 1 year)
5. Create compelling value propositions for contracts up to £ annual value
6. Lead the full tender process as project owner, ensuring all deliverables land on time
This is a 100%new-business position within a highly successful senior sales team
Here’s what we require.
7. Strong Field sales experience.
8. Experience in selling B2B solutions and/or services-based contracts.
9. Experience in responding and leading on details tender submissions.
10. Successful track record in securing contracts with annual revenues over £100,000.
11. Background of working in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholder groups to develop solutions/proposals.
12. Knowledge and experience of a consultative approach to new business proposals.
