With a modern fleet and in-house engineering facilities, we take pride in keeping our vehicles to the highest standard. We are now looking to recruit an experienced PCV Mechanic / Coach Technician to join our growing engineering team.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of coaches, ensuring all vehicles are safe, reliable and compliant with DVSA and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing, inspections and maintenance of PSV vehicles
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults
* Prepare vehicles for MOT, inspections and compliance checks
* Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately
* Ensure all work meets safety, legal and company standards
* Assist with breakdowns and urgent repairs when required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a PSV, HGV or coach mechanic/technician
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
* Good attention to detail and a professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* PSV (Category D) licence OR willingness to achieve one through our training school

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
