A well-established skincare brand is looking for a Graphic Designer (Digital Focus) to join their busy, creative team.
This hybrid role is based three days a week at their head office in Littlehampton, West Sussex, with two days working from home.
Working closely with senior designers and the wider marketing team, you’ll take ownership of projects and create high-quality digital assetsthat shine across social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising, and other brand touchpoints. Your work will help shape the look and feel of the brand, ensuring it remains bold, captivating, and consistent across all channels.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and delivering digital assets for campaigns, social media, websites, email, advertising, and other brand initiatives.
* Ensuring all assets maintain brand integrity, with attention to detail and creative flair.
* Collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life efficiently and to the highest standard.
* Contributing fresh ideas and keeping up with design trends to continuously elevate the brand’s creative output.
About you:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a design role, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
* A confident designer with a proven track record of producing high-quality digital assets across multiple channels.
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong expertise in XD (essential), plus Figma, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Creative and curious, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
